Chairman Nadler & Chairman Thompson, Joined by Democrats and Republicans, Reintroduce Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2021.

First thing it does is eliminate the C&R/03 FFL and make the Dealer/Importer/manufacturer totally responsible for the gun.
Requires the original owner to undergo a background check before their gun can be returned to them. (should the transfer not be completed)
Exempts the "Special People" carrying a Badge or employed by Private Security, or proper family members. (assuming no other prohibitions)

It ain't over until it's over, and many changes can be made before POTUS signs it into Law.

There was an opportunity last year to knock Nadler out in the Democrat primary.  Nobody did a thing.  Therefore nobody gets to complain about anything he does.

True but in this state you have to be a registered Democrat to vote in a Democrat primary (same for any of the other parties except the Reform Party that allows us independent voters to vote).
