Her name is Bobbie Kugler.  She started a fire in hew house that incinerated 4 of her children (ages 6 to 14) alive and injured two others when they jumped out of windows to escape the flames.  Her sentence 7 to 15 years.

If you read the article you will see that she is very sorry and the reported sates how she will have all those years alone in her cell thinking about what she did.  Oh the pain of it all for her.
