My Dad lives really close the the "Hardwae store" that sells custom made 15rd Pmags.  These mages are overpriced, but are of top notch!  They come with the window, dust cover, and are black.  The owner of the store are selling the mags for $39.99.  I got 2, for the Carbine course I am taking April 25-26.  If anyone wants a couple of these over-priced mags, please e-mail me, and I will ask my "Pops" to buy some!  [email protected].  Today is Sat night 3/28/09.
