Does anyone have an opinion on a good quality AK that we can own here, and who I should look to buy it from?  I don't want to go over $800 for an AK so please keep that in mind.  Thanks

Romanian SAR's and Arsenal USA are two of the best IMHO. Vepr's are nice too but lack the traditional look of the classic AK.
Vector's are parts guns and considered assembly line builds. Hit or miss quality with a cheap parkerized finish.
Kit builds are the best as they would be custom.
