Can anyone definitively tell me whether or not the semi-auto Barrett 82 is legal to own in NJ or not? I've got my heart set on one. Thanks for any answers!

I'm not doubting what you say - but the Barrett has a detachable magazine capability, a pistol grip, and a threaded barrel. What's it lacking that would make it an illegal assault weapon in NJ?

As long as the Muzzle Break is permanently attached, then you are ok. |

That's a great question. A lot of ranges wont let you shoot 50bmg anymore |
