Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 15 round mag question

I just picked up a few 15 round mags that are manufactured September 13th 1994 these should be pre ban mags " by the day " and legal to own correct.
Also what about mags marked LEO made before 9-13-94?

anything before the date of the AWB date should be legal, LEO only or not

There aren't any. The markings didn't come into being until after the crime bill was passed in 9-1994.
