what/where is the rochester rifle club? i live here and i've never heard of it before...
ETA: nevermind rochesterrifleclub.org/ weird how they call themselves a rifle club but you can only shoot pistols and .22 rifles at their range |

http://www.gclrochester.com located in Penfield, open year round, 200 meter rifle range, 2 outdoor pistol ranges, action pistol range, and an indoor pistol range, also an affiliate member of CMP.

+1 it's a great place, but unfortunately the area around it is getting quite built up so they are very strict about certain rules (no shooting at anything but paper, no metal/reactive targets, etc.) |

I really wish we could shoot at things other than paper targets. But I think it is the best place around not on private property, and its pretty close to where I live. |

I am a member of the GCL, been one for 10 years.
My brother just moved. He lives within 4 mi of the RRC. It would be more practical for him to be a member of the RRC but you have to know somebody to join! That's what I am looking for. |

In the past, I only saw NYC and NJ type post's. So I don't look at Hometown too much. I just happened to look and saw two posts from home. I live in Spencerport. I shoot Sporterifle at RRC and Bullseye at GCL. Highpower at Williamson.
