I just got a chinese paratrooper SKS it has the fixed 10rd. mag and bayo. my question is the bayo is only 1 point can I put a flash hider on this barrel? or is the NY AWB different from the old US AWB? My understanding is that it has no pistol grip, nohigh cap mag, just an evil bayonet(worth one point in the old system). on a similiar note, does anyone know the correct stain for a chinese stock?

my non-lawyer opinion is that since it has a fixed mag it can have as many other features as you want. but like I said, my opinion is a non-lawyer one

22. "Assault weapon" means (a) a semiautomatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following characteristics:  (i) a folding or telescoping stock;  (ii) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon;  (iii) a bayonet mount;  (iv) a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor;  (v) a grenade launcher;
