Hey guys. I'm looking to pick up a case or two of the new poly coated Wolf ammo in lower NY or Jersey. Where do you guys get it cheap? I'm looking for .223 FMJ in 55 gr. Can it be had for $100 a case or possibly less? Thanks!
I believe Ammoman carry's it but he's in South Jersey. If you live in NY he will ship it to you. He cant ship in NJ. |
I know Brick Armory sells it, they are in the phone book. His prices are certainly not bad, but not the absolute best either. Have you looked around online to see what you can find it for? I've found that I pay less with shipping for most of my ammo than I can pay in person anywhere here in state. Another source is gun shows, you just have to look around past the 'bad deals' and usually you can find a good one. Valley Forge is in September!

The next Philadelphia Armory Gun Show is on August 28-29. There are always guys selling lots of ammo there. Go to shotgunnews.com and check the gun show calender for other upcomming shows.

A friend sells WOLF $80/1000. But wouldn't go for only 1 case.
Really, I'd love to get 10 cases of it at that price.. Wanna clue us in on who it is? |

Heh, he's not been responding... Who else? |
Not less I get it cheap. Besides, it's for chromed linned shoot em up guns. It won't hurt them in the least and I'm tired of picking up good brass to reload. Just want some cheap shit to blast with and have some fun.. :) |
If he only sells it in large quantities, im sure we could get an informal group buy together for this. Where in NY is this guy located?
Donna at LI Outdoorsman sells it for 9 a BOX. What a crook. Her "assets" distracted me during my initial shooting stages.
Same reason I went with it in a big way in the last year Bullet....certainly good enough for plinking at 1-200 yards. And, if you want to be a nice guy, you can sweep up the brass with a magnet. |

I'd get 20 cases for myself if I had to, in order to get the $80 per 1000! spikeofwoolsey what's the deal, who's the guy with cases for $80 per? |
Well, I've got the contact for one guy who got banned several times here for advertising wolf ammo without an advert account ($65-$80 a case, depending on caliber, at that!).
For said reasons, not sure if I'd want to give the number out.... Staff? ETA: REAL local for us downstaters... |
Andy, IM me the info..I'll take it forward.... |
No, better shit at almost twice the price. Wolf, 1000rds/$79 versus Silver Bear, 580rds/$75. |
1000 rds for $79? where??? |
Try T&T Reloading out of PA. At the last Valley Forge show he was selling Wolf for $79.99 a case and if you bought 5+ cases it was $74.95.
Damn, I didn't know we could reload Wolf! Now I can save even more money... |
Just checked his website, no 223 listed. He has 7.62 x 39 wolf for $85 per case. I tried calling him but got an answering machine, I'll try again later. |
ditto? umm.. you guys are allowed to mention anyone you like who's got stuff that the rest of us want, no rule against that. What you can't do is 'advertize' here as a seller, without paying the cost of a dealer account.
I just picked up a case of Wolf 7.62X39 at the Allentown PA gun show last weekend. FMJ or Hollow point for $79 plus tax. The total was $83 or so. I see the dealer at most of the PA shows. I can ask him about a group buy/discount if ya like.
We're talking Wolf .223 here. $79 for Wolf 7.62X39 is too much. Last show I paid $65 out the door. |
Whoever wants some wolf ammo send me an IM and I'll give you the contact info for the guy that myself and Spike use.
Thanks, I got it. He's out at the moment and aksed me to contact them again in a week or two.
I want that one, too MAG...
As for the other guys who wanted it, I could have used PMs... Contacts inbound, anyways if you didn't get em yet... |
Mag, send it to me too please. |
+1 Please |

Hi John
I see you got banned on Goonsnet. I got back on and banned again. What a bunch of dickheads they have over there. AR15 is even less tolarent of anything racial here too. I've been banned here twice but it's easy to get back on. Tom MAUSER88 |

Well, that's why ARFCOM IS the primier gun-enthusiast web board
Many of us have memberships on all the boards, but this one generally tries to keep asshats (milsurps, imbroglios, etc) out. To me all that's worth-while 'over there' is some group-buys, and possibly BIY-related resources (and of course pre-bans BOTD section ). |
