I just wanted to let you guys know that the date has been set for the next BRD. We have some NJ members come down for some of our previous shoots and I'm hoping you'll be able to make it out. I wanted to let you guys know so you can make sure your calender is clear. Here is all the info on the Black_Rifle_Day.

This sounds good. I am setting this date aside in my calender, I think I can attend, also put me down for dinner. Hopefully my Fulton Armory M14 will be here for that date.

Going to try and get out there... Calverton shoot (my first arfcom event) was a blast, so I'm betting that this will totaly spoil me!

I hope both of you will be able to make it down for this. I believe FMJunkie will be trying to put together a group that will camp out. If anyone wants to camp out it is free. The club house bathrooms and showers for anyone who wishes to camp too.

We've had a great time at the last two and this one will be even better. I have a lot planned(some of which isn't listed in the main thread yet), so there will be a lot to do while visiting VA. Since I've heard that Calverton restricts rapid fire, you'll be in for a big surpise when you come.

Calverton doesn't restrict it... Just a happy old lady yells "slow down" when I make it sound like I'm bumpfiring

I spoke to a freind, and unless something comes up, we'll be there, and will be camping

I can't wait!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Cav Arms was nice enough to donate two lowers to the raffle at the BRD. It looks like we're going to have a good turnout of you guys from the north. I hope some more of you will be able to make down.

Go to Expedia and click 'maps' then 'find a map' and enter 'keysville, va'. It will give you a map and you can zoom out to see the broader region...

I will not be off work untill Friday the 10th untill 3:30 or so and will be heading out around 5pm, if anyone from Ny,Nj wishes to meet and take the back way down to avoid the traffic from hell around Richmond let me know.

It can get very nasty on Fridays in the Richmond area and since I do know alternative routes that lack 20 mile back ups, anyone is welcome to meet me in Northern Virginia.
