I'm having a surprisingly difficult time finding a list of area fireworks shows. buffalonews.com has come up empty as has buffalo.com
I work until 8 tomorrow and want to catch some fireworks when I get out.
anyone know of any places, preferably were traffic won't be a total pain

... sharky30, I'm going to selfishly tack on a similar request for finding fireworks shows in NYC. I understand that the Macy's annual show is on the East River but I'm not sure exactly where.

... Someone said the South Seas Seaport would work, but I dunno.

... I found a perfect spot right at 38 Street and FDR freeway. Sure it was a bit crowded but I hooked up with small group of fun-loving lesbians that snuck some Jack Daniels (I snuck in Wild Turkey) and we had a "little party".
Absolutely fantastic fireworks display. Three synchronized barges and we were centered in front of the middle one.
