White lifted jeep. Traveling south on Babcock...turned left on Louis Pasteur I think. I dont remember.  Anyway...I was the grey lifted F250 to your right. I just took my BFL off because it started to fade and crack. I have it on there for 3 years and as soon as I take it off I see somebody. Figures.

Jeep wrangler. Everybody knows when you say "jeep" you mean a wrangler.
It had a winch on the front. Offroad bumpers. Thats about all I remember

I see him at least once a week. White jeep with license plate of INCISOR. Looks like a younger guy. Around my age. (26)
