Am in Dallas, TX. and am wondering if when doing a revocable living trust it needs to be registered with the state and or county or once the trust documention is complete it just needs to be notorized?
Have researched and can't seem to find an answer.

Also, if my wife will be a trustee of the trust with access to all property in the trust do I need to create a 'living trust' or an 'AB' trust?

Just notorized. No registration with anything for a Texas trust.

A living trust allows you to name your wife as a trustee.... but you probably should consult a lawyer familiar with NFA and trusts..... to trust the information.
