Dunno about the trust aspect, but I can get you set with your corp/LLC/LP, and your TEIN or FEIN.

Aren't there yearly fees associated with a corp and LLC though?

It depends on what type of entity you have. Inc and LLC's are required to file annual tax reports (which aren't as scary as they sound)
As far as an 'annual fee' there is no such critter. |

There are no yearly fees, etc.
Get Quiken Willmaker 2007 if you are so inclined and... read the link. There is more info there than you will ever want! Wdlsguy can also probably chime in with a ton of info. |
