I was on lake Erie this past weekend on my "project" Boat when we lost power 500 yds from the dock.(Trashed a gear in the upper part of the outdrive) We hailed a Canadian vessel "La Dolce Vita" and asked if they could tow us in. The Captain and his Missus were charming and cheerfully went out of their way to make sure we made it in to the dock. They saved the day(and me a tow bill!)
