Be careful though, after shopping at a certain few local gun shops you might walk a little funny for a couple days afterwards.

Case in point:

...and that's one of their "specials"

caveat emptor

Let the BUYER beware A warning that the buyer must satisfy himself of the nature and value of a purchase before proceeding with the transaction. The Latin tag caveat emptor is also frequently found: caveat emptor , quia ignorare non debuit quod jus alienum emit , let the purchaser beware, for he ought not to be ignorant of the nature of the property which he is buying from another party. See also the next proverb.

The prices of AR have come down but  no deals out there on colts
Decide on what you want first

Find out what the going price is and compare

Depending on your location in NJ visit a few Gun Shops to compare prices

meltzer's in garfield was having a 'sale'... $50.00 off any in-stock AR-style rifles.

granted, at $999.00 for a stag model 2 that doesn't help all that much but, i do think they had at least one colt in stock last week.
