Obviously, it was issued by the highway patrol and my driver's license at the DMV. Should I go to the DMV first or the HP first?
Any costs? Utility bill for proof? I'm on crutches and just moved, please help me make this easy.

Ok, not sure what happened with the topic move... but anyways...
You are in NE correct? If so... fill out the application again, but check the ___ personal data change in the upper right hand corner. http://statepatrol.nebraska.gov/vimages/shared/vnews/stories/565f37b0bccf6/Nebraska%20Concealed%20Handgun%20Permit%20Application.pdf Take that with your new driver's license and current CCW to your nearest State Patrol office. |
