Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barrel threading locally?

Is there anybody that offers barrel threading in the State of Michigan? I have a Savage 64 and a Savage Rascal that I want threaded. The 64 I can take the barrel off and mail easily, but the Rascal would have to be shipped complete and I really don't won't to deal with that. I'm hoping that there is someone local so I don't have to deal with shipping.

Depends on where you are in the state.

I’ve had ADCO thread barrels for me before. They are in OH, but only around 100 feet from the state line. Depending on where you’re coming from, a trip to Toledo may be closer than somewhere that’s “in state”.
