I am looking for some undeveloped property. Wilderness you might say. I came across this property, 272 acres total. The price seems fair. I am unfamiliar with the area. Any toxic waste dumps, artillery ranges or junk yards next door? Anyone have a ballpark idea of what it would cost to drill a well in this area, or how much to get utilities to the property? Any help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to determine if it is worth the trip to take a look. Dennis
