[ARCHIVED THREAD] - New to the area, where to shoot?

So yeh, i just moved to the Sandy Springs/Atlanta area a couple months ago and was hoping some of the members here could point me in the direction of a good range thats not to far away. Full auto allowed is a must. All other concerns are secondary :)

Just for the record the "range locator" in the sticky thread leads back to the main forum rather then a list so it wasnt much help.

Site Staff in all their wisdon told me to untack nearly all the damn threads on the GA forum. Now they've almost all fallen off into the archive server. I'm a bit pissed off and touchy about it. So, please don't think I'm bitchin' at you; I hate other people (Staff, in this case) telling me what to do in this forum.

Whew, now that I got that off my chest...

Welcome! Full-auto you say? There are a few ranges around. Very few. Whatcha doin' Saturday?

I like to get to the range around 10:00 or 10:30. Leave by 15:00.

Im still due for a trip on the 1919. I remember you talkign it up so much when it was being built, I havent even seen it since you actually got it(other than in other people's pics)

so I shall be there at 10:00am, shake your hands, help you set up your stuff, get introduced to others, marvel at the incredible NFA stuff, and if there's some time after all this, maybe plink a mag or two and leave

Been working 12 hrs a day everyday this week to pay for the ammo I bought, now I need to get out to shoot it. With odd off days I usually can't get to the range when everyone else can either, so with Fri. and Sat. off this month, it works out. I can load ammo belts Friday and go shooting Saturday. Gonna see if my other 1919 bud from work can go. Even with our 2 1919's with cranks, we can't get the rounds out as fast as Book, but I try!Book, I'm gonna bring more of those little range bags for ya, and I'll bring the money for your other chrome lined barrel, let me know what you want for it.
