You think that is bad, it's time for me to renew our controlled drug lic for our animal hospital. they are stuck in the 1980's at DHHS. You download a pdf, fill it out, print it, sign it, scan it back in, send it to them and then call to pay with a CC.

Easier to buy a car online

They started using the new system a few years ago. I remember starting a thread about it back then.  With the new system being so silly and charging the extra fee, I simply started renewing in person.  Luckily, the license plate agency near work is small and rarely crowded. They print out a renewal on the spot and can even issue new plates immediately.
