i have no clue where that is, but i am visiting NC and was driving on 64 yesterday.  was it a blue ranger?

It was a black jeep with some nice modifications.

Interestingly enough, I saw a car about 3 weeks ago with a bolt face logo traveling south on I-95 near Florence, SC.
