I deleted some dead links, and crossed off some old info. If you posted info that's no longer good, like a gun shop has gone out of business or changed their transfer fee, it could help others if you felt like making an edit with the new info.
 In the MO FAQ thread, I'd also like to see if we can get all the info we had for out of state people who were looking for a place to live, etc. We had some good threads on that, but all dropped to Archive. If we repost it within that FAQ thread, we won't lose it again. |

I linked my new Shooting Ranges thread, and the tacked Cheap Transfer thread in Erics thread at the top. Should I un-tack the Transfer thread? That would leave just Erics link thread and the stolen guns thread as tacks.

The archives are back up, however, when you click on a thread, it just brings you back to the main MOHTF page.  there was a lot of great info in that thread. I will get a new one started in a couple days.

I un-Tacked the FFL transfer thread, but I had it set not to archive so it's available through the link in Erics FAQ thread. (I checked; it's good). This keeps the tacked threads to a minimum, and all the info threads still easily accessed.

Just to keep this up to date, I untacked Erics thread and started my own. There was too much extra stuff in the old one, and I can't delete individual posts. I am linking the new info threads in my tacked thread, and setting all of them not to archive.

I'm trying to get everyone to ask for info about Missouri in the Tell me about Missouri thread. It's set not to Archive, so we won't lose the info again. It's linked in the tacked MO FAQ thread, and since it won't archive it'll always be seen in the forum too.

I haven’t been through the tacked ffl fee thread in awhile but Eagle Pawn in Springfield doesn’t do free transfers anymore.
Well, for new customers anyways.  I think it’s $20 now. |
