The ol lady and I are looking for a (first) house around KC and are searching the MLS / FSBO high & low for what we're after. We are also looking for a 30 yr. fixed with 10% down and NO PMI bullshit. Our credit scores are both 700+ so I wouldn't think this would be an issue. I'd also prefer to support one of our own if you know what I mean. Any help is appreciated guys, thanks!!!
