For those that use the Swan Creek shooting range here in north Alabama, please read the following. I was just informed a few minutes ago that Mrs. Turner, Dale Turners wife passed away this afternoon. She had fallen last week and broken her hip, she then took a sudden turn for the worse in recent days. Dale and his wife watched over the range for us all, and made every effort to keep it clean and neat. They volunteered their time and effort and have been a huge help to all of us that use this range. She was a real lady, and a lady I admired. She was a great shot and loved to be at the range in the early morning with her husband Dale. All of us shooters will miss her, I guess now she will never run out of ammo. Please remember her family in your thoughts and prayers, especially her Husband Dale. I will post the funeral arrangements as soon as I know them.

i just heard this also.......the old guy watched out over the range and did it for nothing.talk about volunteerism!...sorry he lost his best friend. my prayers
