Short of the Attorney General or the Governor rejecting them, it's a done deal. I'll be disappointed to see crossbows legalized, but hey, you win some, you lose some.

Let me know if I got this straight. Crossbows will be legal during archery season, you will have to have hunter orange on ground blinds during firearm/muzzleloader seasons, and the rifle cartridge max case length was lengthened? These changes will be in place for the 2012 hunting season?

Among those "other things" there will also be a "doe" only late firearms season from Dec. 26th to the first Sunday in January

I guess I should get my shop to start stocking 50-70 Sharps rifles. I was looking at 35 Rem cases and got excited because it looks to be at the max OAL but according to the Lyman manual it's 0.10" too long.
