Ok I need help guys. I know he is anti-gun, and voted for Obama's SCOTUS nominees. But I need more ammo against him. Mourdock has my vote in May, but when trying to talk to Lugar lovers that are better informed than I, I usually can't get past the 2nd amendment argument.

He is a RINO, very quick to hop on whatever the dems throw out there. I got tired of sending E-Mails to him because they more or less said he valued my input but would be voting with the dems. He also maintains an address here but actually lives in VA. I will give you more later but he is sell out to the socialists.

Lugar votes conservative during election years.  When he has nothing to lose, he plays to the hand of Liberals.  Honestly, to be called Obama's favorite Republican should make all conservatives shiver.  Lugar has served a long elected term in the Senate.  He is 82 years old and needs to step aside because he is not representing his constituents and hasn't been for years.  When he comes to Indiana he stays at the airport hotels and has his meetings there.

However, if he did vote for the healthcare package I have not been able to find proof. I have searched for vote records but haven't found them. I guess my search abilities are lacking.

Just remember that he was instramental in getting the Feinstein amendment included in the 1994 AWB.  He voted for the inclusion of the Feinstein section of the Crime Bill which ultimately gave use the 1994 AWB, even though he voted against the Crime Bill.  If he had voted against the Feinstein part of the bill then the AWB might not have been included in the Crime Bill.
And also remember when he ran for president he said that he supported re-upping the AWB.  
He is not friend to gun owners and is as bad as Clinton when it comes to sticking his finger in the air to test which way the political wind is blowing before casting his vote, regardless if the bill he is voting on is good for the country or not.  He is a POS IMO and worse than Obama; at least we know where Obama is coming from and Obama does not pretend to be a friend to the Second Amendment.

That will start the list. I will add he is a piece of liberal shit.  I brought up his voting record at a local Republican meeting and I though I might be drawn and quartered by the blind Republicans there.
