The site notes that it is for states with 30 rd restrictions. It looks like an unassembled 30 rd magpul magazine and they say it's legal to ship. Is there anything missing? It looks like all I would need to do is assemble it for a 30 rounder. Am I just missing the "wink-wink, nudge-nudge"?
