For the people in MD, I know that we cant purchase any >20 rnd mags even with the AWB over, but can we now have folding stocks and flash supressors? I hope those arent regulated by MD.

Sure can. But I wouldn't doubt the Left-wing Socialists in MD Government are planning a tighter ban on AW's. |

Here's my question. I'm active duty military and have resident status in Nevada. Can I purchase a rifle in the state of maryland?

Yes, I believe if you're stationed here you're considered a resident here so you can. Check with a good FFL though, they should know what's up. |

They had some woman on from that cease fire group talking about the ban they're trying to get through for next year here in MD. She was holding up an AR saying what legitimit citizen needs this? Of course this is the same media outlet taht said the ban expired this morning and not yesterday morning. Guys wer're in for it during the next session I'm thinking we start our letter writing NOW!!! |

That inaccuracy compared to all their other lies, is the least of our worries. We need to gear up for next year AND 2006- if Duncan or O'Malley gets into office we are screwed. |

Doug Duncan is the County Councilman for Montgomery Co and Martin O'Malley is the Mayor of Baltimore City. Both are so crooked that when they die they can be screwed into the ground.
