Anyone see a Springfield XD in Maryland yet????

They are on the handgun roster, but I have not seen one for sale yet.

I bought one in February.  I can honestly say that I haven't seen one since.

A few of them made it into the state prior to 01/01/03. Springfield is not going to put an internal locking device in it, so what you find will be it. If you are looking for one, a friend of mine may be selling his. Used, but not abused.
