 thanks for the invite guys i had A BLAST> now that im home, i realized that my arms and neck is sun burnt. and im out side ALOT   thanks for the pizza and the beverages, i greatly appreciate it. And Brad i think?? it was nice to meet you man, stay safe and we we see you our next shoot when your back in the states !!

Definitely a good time, and good to meet everyone. Glad I went.
Setting up  Bowling Pins  Drills   .     The aftermath  Setting up the distance shots     Note the casing in the air just over his right shoulder  Cruze on the .50  Rounds impacting at 870 yards.  Nah, don't mind us.. drive right through the middle of our range.  Sunscreen would've been a good idea

I really wanted to go but ended up being broke and busted this week. Would you guys be up for some other time in the near future?

Heres a Few of mine plus a couple of videos, sorry about the video quality, never noticed my setting till the last video, but I have more I will post in the next couple days, I am burnt beyond burnt, I gots to find me some vinegar and get this heat out, been cleaning guns for a while and went ahead and uploaded these, And Shawn thanks for inviting us out, Greg thanks for bringing the 50 and Pizza, and nice to have meet all of you, and lucid don't shoot your eye out with that plate

You guys need some kind of cover or concealment up there. Maybe some pallets and stakes, plastic drums, or someones car.

Looks like a great shoot. I also live in Pike County, Dorton Area. How about an invite to the next shoot. Ive been at this quite awhile. Good places to shoot are getting hard to find. Built a few AR's over the past few years. I work in the Mountain-top Destruction Business.
This looks like a reclaimed area. Where is it. |

its not at sidney. It is in Stone, Ky its about 4 miles east of Belfry, Ky you are right it is an old strip mine, we started going up there about 10 years ago. there is a lot more to it than what you guys sen, even the new guys that came. it goes on for miles, me and greg made our 1st 1 mile shot there.
You guys should see how well that RRA and 80 grain sierra HPBTs did at 875!!! when you guys want to do it again just say so. all of you are invited, just show up. Whenever you guys want to speak up. Me and greg are ready anytime

hmm... more pics.... I dont have any more from that shoot, but got some from a few trips in the spring.. here is one I took of the Barrett firing a tracer. I think its cool as hell
 I got my Colt a little hot after about 5 mags in 3 minutes  at this point the targets where winning   some times it rains like hell but that doesnt stop the "fun"  A jammed AK-47!!!   our pal CJ with a Bennali   thats about it. hopefully xLucidx will add a few from the 1st time he shot with us

I can do that.. I was thinking of another little tet-a tet pretty soon. anyone want to start planning? If there is only a few of you that didnt make it still want to get together to shoot some I am open to it. Id like to get one more in before too long. Next time I was thinking all mid-range targets 250-500-600 yards, do some iron sight work or scoped bolt gun stuff. and a lot more pistol work. some moving and shooting with a handgun and reloading on the move. i was thinking of dragging up some pallets to use as cover to hide behind etc. let me know guys
