Hi all - I'm living in the Shelbyville area, and it is my understanding that unlike a long-gun, I cannot mail a handgun for sale.  So I guess this relegates me to selling it to someone local.

Are their local Kentucky/Indiana FREE web boards, trader sites, or other means I might be able to locate a buyer, similar to our EE here?  I'd prefer to sell it to an independant buyer so I won't have to have to scrape off a dealer's cut.

Hmm, a good place to sell pistols is at the gun show in Louisville.  But unfortunately I don't think the National Gun Day show will be back until probably in Febuary, since it was just there in September.
