Can a Vermont resident purchase an AR in New Hampshire. Looking to purchase my first AR. I have done a few searches here, but have found conflicting info. Thanks for any help.

From a Dealer yes, Private Sale No.

If it's private sale you can both meet at a dealer in the seller's state and have them do the transfer.
