we can only purchase high caps made prior to the originol ban. pre1994.

And then only if we have the proper licensing for it- License To Carry, Class A or B. Otherwise, lots of legal problems. Not even people with Firearms Identification Cards (long gun licenses- allows ownership, use and transfers of rifles that hold up to 10 rds, for example ) are allowed to have, use or transfer them.....
