First off, congrats on getting constitutional carry .

I'll be driving down to Oklahoma this weekend to visit family for a couple weeks, and maybe do some job hunting. My question is, does the new law apply to out of staters, or OK residents only?
I know OK has reciprocity with my state (MI), but I won't have time to renew my permit before...well, tomorrow.

As I understand it, your state permit would have to be valid (not expired) for you to legally carry here.  If your permit wasn't expired you'd be good to go but with the expired permit it's a big no go.  Sorry.

The only way you could carry legally here is if your state also had constitutional carry.  Otherwise you are basically carrying here based on the current status of your states carry permit not our constitutional carry laws.

You can always carry a cop around.  I tried it once but they are heavy and pepper spray you till you let them go.  It's not worth it.
