Does anyone know of a place in southern VA (Lexington) that installs pistol sights? I'm looking to put some 10-8 sights on my M&P. It would be great if they sold the sight too.

I'd contact Ashby Arms in Harrisonburg.  I bet they could take care of you.

Ashby Arms is about an hour north of Lexington but Im sure they would be more then willing to help him out
