I'm traveling through the Washington DC area and will be staying a night in October. I will be coming in to Regan International Airport and would like to stay near by where do I stay what areas should I advoid? Any help would be great.

Haven't stayed in any hotels near Reagan but the metro runs nearby and will open up some options if you don't have a car when you get in.
