I got a concealed carry permit a few years ago, but moved last year. I haven't been able to find any information on the State Police website and others about what to do if your address changes.
Does anyone know if I need to notify anyone, get a completely new permit, or anything else if my address changes?

You do not need to update the address. I went through this last year. Just reapply a couple months before your current permit expires whereever you current jurisdiction is.

Yup. Just make sure you have your DL updated or have the little rider you can get for them that shows your new address. The only drag is you can't use the CCW for a 2nd form of ID so be sure to have your voter ID or something else with you if purchasing.

Fairfax County will charge you $10, or so, for a new permit with the correct address. Is it necessary? No. Is it worth it? Depends?
