The problem is bounty hunting is illegal in IL.
A buddy of mine (former cop) and I investigated it many years ago. You have to be a sworn agent of the court, and they're pretty specific about them meeting IL LEO requirements or being employed investigators of the office of the District Attorney. Nice thought though. I'd love to see some of those taxpayer paid expense account runaway heroes getting the "IT'S OKAY BRAH... JUST BREATHE THROUGH IT" after getting a few pepperballs to the face.

Actually these guys are using their own money, not taxpayer money.

They should be getting the U.S. Marshalls after the WI and IN legislators, bringing them to their states' respective borders, for state law enforcement to take them back.
