I have a Maadi MAK-90 20" in the back of my safe that I want to finally do something with.  Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in Las Vegas  who can cut/crown/thread the barrel to 16" and add improved US trigger (remove the trigger slap)?

You think any of the above can/would rotate my front sight at bit, swap out the rear sight for a windage adjustable one, and thread the barrel 14:1LH for a flash hider (instead of the brake)?
