I still like BBQ Bob's in Loveland, and Bird Dog BBQ in Colorado Springs.

Mmmmm, BBQ––my favorite:
Boney's in downtown Denver is great––they have a cart at Writer Square, and a restaurant below road level between 15th and 16th on Champa. Some of the best brisket I've had. Big Papa's in Englewood and by C-470 and Ken Caryl has great bison ribs. Piggin Out at Morrison Rd and Old Kipling has great pulled pork. Yazoo on Broadway and about 24th is pretty good, too, if you are on that side of downtown Denver. Country Time on Hampden Service Rd near Federal has good pulled pork, too, but not as good IMHO as Piggin Out. Haven't tried Moe's yet. |
