This, they stated was according to the police. Steel Jacketed ?!?! 
Federal Hydroshocks are now Armor Piercing ?!?!

One of the reports I heard called it a .30 caliber chinese made handgun w/ armor piercing bullets.
I'm thinking one of the Norinco Tokerev's in 7.62. I've seen discussion on whether on not it could penetrate body armor, depending on the load. |
