Well, after 2 years of fighting the x-wife for custody of the kids after she had let my daughter get molested and my son beat, A Judge gave me custody of the kids Yesterday!!!!!!!! The only problem is that I'm down here in South Carolina going to Drill SGT School, so she gets to keep them for her "Summer Visitation" until I get back on August 1st. We'll be moving down to Missouri before the middle of September, and the Judge already knows it so the x can't stop it. It's taken almost $85,000 of fighting, but it's all worth it in the end. I think I'll go get drunk tomorrow to celebrate!

Even better for the kid's!.. So... How is DS School going?l Is it really like going through Basic again a couple of times?... Of all of the things I wish I would have been able to do in the Military other than goto war, was to attend Drill Sgt School.

Luck had nothing to do with it, my old man is loaded, or else I would have never been able to come up with the scratch to get this done. Over $85,000 spent in the past two years, not to mention slowing my career down by turning down BNCOC twice, and missing a deployment to Iraq because of everything. Now that we've got this going our way, its all up hill. Move by September, Start being a Drill SGT, Have a new baby in Oct/Nov. Plus getting stationed where I can attend BNCOC and ANCOC while being able to go home at night, bonus. The important thing is the kids will be safe, and in a loving home where they know they'll be well taken care of. |
