I just heard that they are across the street from Estate.
I'm no business genious, but being inbetween Wade's and Estate, in the highest rent district in the state, doesn't sound too wise.

They are 1 block up and across the street from Estate Arms, They are only 1 block from my office.

Unless... perhaps they plan to pull a "big gas" on them. If they do like large petroleum companies do they can just come in, undercut them and sell at a loss until they are out of business, then raise prices as high as they want with no competition.

Isn't that what Wade's did after WSI closed? His lane fees went from $4 to $12.  I drove past the (future) location of Survival Arms. The shop looked empty. The sign was already up, but it was kind of hidden from the road. I will be there on the 1st of January! I'm more interested in their survival stuff than guns, MREs especially (if they are going to carry them). |

LMAO! I didn't even notice. My brain is trained to ignore Internet ads. That includes affiliate links. How come the link doesn't have a tracking number?
