Do you think that would stop freshmen like roboman?

But if the injuries don't stop for both teams it'll be just the kickers and punters left by the end of the game.

I didn't think they could be worse than last year.  Looks like I may be wrong on that assessment.  I especially love the letter I got from UW, explaining why the season tickets had gone up:  "To continue the success and high quality of the UW Football program, we need to increase ticket prices."  Yeah, I'd be happy to pay it, just give me some success and high quality!!

Actually, the DAWGS looked better than I expected. They were moving the ball and pulled off some good plays. The Bears just brought their game with them. By the middle of the third quarter, the Huskies were running third stringers in there to get some playing time.

The Huskies were doing things right, they need to do more of it, though. THey were worth watching, but it's good to remember that being a Husky fan is an act of penance.

Yeah, but I was at the UW when they were great.  National Champions in 1991 under Don James.  I was at the UW from 1990 to 1994, so there were many years of great teams.  I still remember "Pac-9, if you can't beat 'em, ban 'em!"  Those were the years......
