I am back in Seattle for another week for work. This time I brought my 1911. I read thru packing.orgs state listing for WA. Anything else I need to know about CC? Are restaurants off limits or is it ok?

Restaurants are fine, but not that portion of an establishment classified by the state liquor control board as off-limits to persons under twenty-one years of age for example the bar portion of an Outback restaurant.

The best source of info on wher you can and can't is the Washington State RCW's, I usually google it.

Check it out, there's tons of info. Hopefully this will help
