Tell the class what you 1 favorite gun is, that you own. No dreaming or wishing allowed.

Mine is my beat up old Colt 1911. Damn thing is 80+ years old and is still the sh*t.

"This is my weapon, this is my gun.  This one's for killing, this one's for fun."

Only have one gun.  Lotsa weapons though!

I would have to say my original, the Colt CAR-15 that I bought the week of my 18th b-day, way back before there was a pre-ban, post-ban issue.  It has never failed me and, well let's face it, it scares the shit out of liberals!!

I shoot my Kimber Pro CDP more than anything else.  It was also my first purchase, so I tend to like it for that reason.

Handgun:  Kimber 1911, because it fits my hand great, and I can shoot good with it.

Ass. Rifle:  My CAR-15 A1. Very compact and reliable.

Battle rifle: HK91.  If a lousy shooter like me hit a target at 150 yds with just iron sight, then it's my favorite.

Bigger than battle rifle:  M60.  OH, sorry. Don't have one, and have never shot one.

Exactly...

I guess since I can only choose one...

I will have to go with my DSA STG-58 50BMG G20 AR....

Shit, I just cant pick one. Sorry. I am in love with/very partial to my AR that I built, also to my CCW gun and my STG...

Too many choices, not enough answers.

Well, after many years of owning many guns...some I liked and kept, others I decided to cull (sometimes later regretting doing so), I have to say that every weapon I own now is a favorite, unlike the other ones, and perfectly suited to intended purpose. My favorite handguns are 1911's - period.
This rifle is special to me, probably because I designed and carved the stock myself. It does a fine job with benchrest/rimfire metallic silhouette competition, which is what I built it for.

My suppressed Glock 21 with night sights and high caps. Although as soon as I get my .22 can I think my P22 will be my new favorite. From the pictures I've seen a P22 with a suppressor looks mighty James Bond-ish.

And just for you CavVet. Here is what I had in mind:

Mine would have to be my Colt R6550k Gov't Model AR15A2. It was my first AR15, bought brand new at Kesselring's just over 13 years ago.
