Former owner of Becks Sporting Goods on Rising Sun Ave is alive and working part-time at Tanners.  I had posted that he passed away but his son was the one who left for the after life.  Old man is a nice guy!!!!!!!!

Teddy Beck Jr, died? THey lived in my old neighborhood and I casually knew the younger Beck.

When did he die and from what?

Met a cop out on a 32 and I brought up Beck's Sporting Good store.  The cop said that the son died and not the old man.  Don't know much more.  I had heard that the father had passed on but it was the son.  If I remember correct he was a pretty big .guy
