Yeah I know Gary, but I have to work on Saturday......lot of people want to buy up our evil assault weapons inventory ya know.
 BTW.....got anyone that isn't backed up that can remove a blind pinned and lock-tited EGW brake and put on my recently acquired A2 FH? |

I'm not even sure we ordered any to stock to be honest with you, but you have to remember I'm only in there on Saturdays....we'll probably just wait until existing inventory is gone but if someone wants something specific we'll order it in for them as usual.

It's easier shooting 3" groups at 500yds then it is hitting that little white ball straight.

Ray,
I just ordered my Vortex for my M4-gery. I take it from your post that Dave is swamped? I was counting on him to do the work. What's his turnaround time looking like for brake replacement? Thanks, Gary Mike, I'll be there Sunday weather permitting. Regards, Gary |

Sorry, I'm going up to Albany, NY this weekend, having sort of a college "reunion", mostly the Lacrosse guys, so I definitely won't be at the show or the range. Next weekend though......

Gary....I have no idea to be honest with you.....I picked up my birdcage from him yesterday but I didn't ask him when he could get to it. The problem with Dave is that he has a full time job and only runs his shop on the occasional evening and Sun & Mon.....kinda hard to get him to nail down a time.
I'm having Brad at Quinbys do mine, he told me he could do it same day but I don't know if that's because we're friends and I'm in there alot or what....you could give them a call and see. I'd bet he'd be happy to pick up the extra work when it's that easy to do. Great Jay, you're turning into another one of those guys that would rather play with Balls than shoot....man what's this world coming to???

Gary.....Dave Donley has 5 new and 1 used A2 Birdcage available as of 20 minutes ago. The new are $9.79 and the used is $5.00......in addition he is no longer backed up and can do FH installs (assuming the barrel is already threaded) same day. There is a 2 week wait if the barrel needs threaded though as he's in the middle of a manufacturing run on some other parts and doesn't want to switch his lathe around right now.
His prices are: A2 FH $9.79 Peel Washer $3.25 Remove existing device and install FH on threaded barrel. $20.00 Thread barrel and install your FH $75.00 (add price of FH and washer if you don't provide them when he threads your barrel) His shop number is 215-249-1790. He will be there today until 5pm. His hours are (approximate) Tue - Saturday 2:30pm - 5-7pm (depending on where his run takes him for UPS) Sun - Mon 11am - 7pm |

My son has a karate expo til noon. By the time I got there it would be late afternoon. Sadly, I will have to take a pass this weekend.
