I just recently picked up a Tamiya 1/35 scale model PBR boat that I would like to build into a diorama. I haven’t had any modeling supplies in decades and I need to start from scratch since my old stuff is long gone.

Is there a good hobby store in the Valley that carries Testors and Tamiya paint? I will also need some scenic materials as well as a plaster such as mold-a-scene. ( I had good luck with that brand )

It has been so long since I have built a kit or made a diorama that I don’t even know which shop to seek out for materials.

Thanks.

You can also try some of the model train specialty stores.  They have a lot of landscape/diorama type materials.

Unfortunately it looks like Roy's Train World closed, they were outstanding.
